We need a Lead Robotics Engineer who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty. Like, dirt dirty. This isn’t a laid-back, “tweak a CAD model and call it a day” kind of gig. You’ll be on mining sites in places you didn’t know exisit, integrating sensors, actuators, and control algorithms, making real stuff move in unpredictable conditions, fast.
We’re talking from-scratch engineering on big machines that literally move dirt and rock halfway around the world—machines that barely changed for half a century. If you’re the kind of engineer who can refine systems until they hum in the harshest conditions, we need you. You’ll be the one bringing them into the future. You’ll own an entire product vertical, build a team, have a say in what comes next, and watch your ideas come to life before your eyes.
