Shipped complex web projects and managed distributed teams remotely for 20 years. I’ve worked both at startups and very high traffic established organisations (eg. Wikipedia, 4th largest website worldwide by traffic). I’m a web performance expert, having published original research on this topic and led the Wikipedia Performance team for years.
