About us: Fancy ETL pipeline processing products from huge ecommerce companies. Data extraction and massage, delivery to destinations like Google/Facebook/Snap/Tiktok/etc. Profitable, stable, 15-year history, 100% employee owned (no VC money, VC expectations, or BS meetings).
Stack: Current: *Python/Django*, PostgreSQL, Docker, Ubuntu, AWS. In progress: Dagster + Snowflake.
Compensation: salary ~$250K-$300K/year
You: A coder’s coder. Hated most of your comp sci professors because they really didn’t code. Use command line tools extensively, and have ping -t running in a terminal … right, this, moment. We’re looking for a long term addition to our core team — you will become a guru here and be part of an elite/tight coding team. Have intimate knowledge of Un*x, Python/Django, PostgreSQL, and some data engineering ETL/DAG/Data-Warehouse knowledge as well.
