Ruth Health is a telehealth clinic for pregnant people. With our chatbot and health record/biometric data collection, we aim to build the most diverse, longitudinal database on maternal health in the US.

Ruth Health was in the YCombinator S21 batch, and is currently in the UnitedHealthcare powered by Techstars Accelerator. Ruth Health is fully venture-backed.

We’re looking for a VP of Product to help Ruth Health move into the next stage of growth. You’ll define, own and execute a product roadmap for the next 12-18 months. We are rapidly growing our Product and Engineering teams and you will be an integral part of building the team. You do not need to code, but you should be a clear, effective communicator with those who do code—and be able to envision the intersection between your work and theirs.

Ruth Health is a data-driven company, and we want a data-driven product manager who also nerds out on good data—including nimble course-correcting when the data looks less than good!

What you will do:

-Define requirements and roadmap for the next 12-18 months via product specifications, workflow diagrams, and other documentation
-Takes ownership and accountability of ensuring that our solutions deliver meaningful value to users, clients, and the business.
-Run market and user research, work collaboratively with our patients to build based on evidence
-Translate user feedback into product upgrades in an -organized, process-driven way
-Leverage data to build solutions that help improve targeting and optimization capabilities to impact the delivery of high quality care.
-Build KPIs and know how to measure success/failure of everything from an entire digital product to a button
-Formulate hypotheses and track the outcomes of our Products with clearly defined success metrics and use KPIs as input to evaluate progress and guide iterations
-Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the solution.
-Gain and maintain deep understanding of the end-to-end user care journeys and define the requirements to drive improved member engagement and outcomes.
-Prioritize against multiple opportunities and balance business needs, prioritizing a roadmap that provides a delightful experience for our patients while enabling our operations to scale cost effectively
-Translate product strategy, vision, and user needs into ideas and deliverables
-Creative self-starter, strategic innovative thinker and problem solver with hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
-Identify long term growth opportunities and strategy.
-Lead a future team of 1-5 folks (CX/UX, designers, engineers, data analysts, etc.)

Previous experience with EHR/EMRs
Experience at a high-growth startup
Experience in fitness, telecom, fintech, any DTC tech company
You are historically underrepresented or underestimated

What you will bring:

3+ years of Product Management experience
Track record of owning a set of product features, defining a 12-18 month strategy for a product area, and consistently delivering on OKRs
Strong product sense, grounding all product decisions in data, user feedback and measurable impact
Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams on technologies we implement
Familiarity with data analytics + project management softwares (any)
Ability to establish common ground with empathy and candor, manage conflicting points of view, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
User-obsessed – you are responsive and empathetic with our users and community
Self starter – we do not micromanage
Open and effective communicator
